Open beta access
Fygment is in open beta and anyone can sign up. Access may be limited, changed, or paused while the product is being validated.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the skills, prompts, scripts, packages, and external sources that you import or create. Do not upload secrets, credentials, regulated data, or content you do not have rights to use.
Skill execution
Fygment helps package, review, resolve, and install skills. Any local runtime execution remains under your control in your own harness or CLI environment.
Availability and changes
The open beta is provided as-is while the product matures. We may update features, policies, package validation rules, and access controls as we learn from beta use.
Legal review boundary
These open beta terms are operational product copy. They are not final terms of service and should be reviewed by counsel before general availability.
Support and safety
Report security concerns, account access issues, unsafe package behavior, or data deletion requests through the Support page. We prioritize issues that affect access, privacy, security, or production open-beta workflows.
