Current launch state
Fygment is ready for controlled invited pilot use by super-users and vibecoders. Broad public launch remains gated on live pilot feedback, manual second-browser team-onboarding smoke, and final legal/support operations review.
Validated pilot paths
Production smoke has verified public routes, sign-in routing, workspace access, ZIP import, real GitHub import, MCP metadata and setup routes, API key creation, proposal decisions, ownership transfer, workspace archive, CLI install/check/lock behavior, Team onboarding fixture cleanup, tests, typecheck, build, and deployment.
Known follow-up
Team onboarding remains Alpha until a real second-browser invitee/requester UI smoke runs with disposable authenticated users. Broad public launch also needs counsel review of privacy, pilot terms, support, deletion, and availability language.
